Oriel Windfarm is a proposed offshore wind farm to be located in the Irish Sea. The project is being developed by Parkwind and ESB, two leading renewable energy companies. The Oriel Windfarm aims to deliver a clean, reliable and affordable source of energy to the Irish electricity market, providing enough power for up to 280,000 homes. The project will also support local jobs and businesses, and help reduce Ireland's carbon emissions.
I worked on a series of brochures, flyers, and large-scale information boards that were visually engaging, informative, and accessible to all members of the public. A combination of text, graphics, and photographs communicated the project's key messages, including its technical specifications, environmental benefits, and community engagement initiatives.
The brochures and flyers were designed to be distributed at community events, public meetings, and other outreach activities, while the large-scale information boards were displayed at key locations around the project site, such as the visitor center and the construction site entrance. I also worked on digital versions of the brochures and flyers for online distribution.
